The Chef

In Milan, I held prestigious positions at leading communication agencies and renowned luxury and fashion brands. Along the way, I was fortunate to meet remarkable mentors who nurtured my heart and mind with knowledge, patience and generosity.

I married the love of my life and, together, we transformed a 17th-century palace in Salento into a Relais de Charme & Wellness.

Yet my passion for cooking as an expression of love has been with me since childhood, when I was an eager apprentice to my mother, an even more resilient woman.

This is how AMA, Dialogues of Taste came to life.
